These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Rai Monitors (the “Service”), a real-time notification bot that delivers curated updates from on-chain activity, Twitter (X), and other public social networks directly into Discord. By installing or subscribing to the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
What the Service Does
Rai Monitors listens for publicly available signals—on-chain events, posts from specified social accounts, and similar open-web triggers—then relays concise, attribution-rich alerts to your Discord channels. No raw datasets are sold, licensed, or exported; we simply transform public events into clean, timely notifications.
Access & Usage
- You must have a valid Discord account with sufficient permissions to add bots.
- Alerts are for in-server consumption only. Reselling, redistributing, or repackaging the content outside Discord is prohibited.
- All commands, account selections, and wallet addresses you configure are your responsibility.
- Notification caps, refresh cadence, and feature availability may vary by subscription tier.
Source Data & Attribution
- Social media signals are fetched exclusively through each platform’s official, publicly documented API or webhook framework.
- On-chain events are derived from publicly readable blockchain data; we do not provide custodial services or private key access.
- Every alert includes direct links and clear attribution to the original source (e.g., tweet URL, transaction hash).
- You may not edit, obscure, or misrepresent the attribution metadata included with each alert.
- API services offered by Rai Monitors are exclusively for on-chain data. We do not—and will never—expose programmatic APIs for social media content.
Subscriptions & Billing
- Advanced features or higher usage tiers may require a paid plan.
- All payments are final unless stated otherwise. Refunds are discretionary.
- We may update pricing or tier limits; you’ll receive advance notice before changes take effect.
Disclaimer of Warranty
The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery, real-time accuracy, or suitability for any particular purpose. Platform API outages, blockchain congestion, or other external disruptions are outside our control.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.
Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically. Continuing to use the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
